A called meeting of the Abbott ISD Board of Trustees was held in special session Wednesday, August 15, 2007, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the school cafeteria.

The following members were present: Vice President Ronda Ballew, Secretary Carole Moore, Brett Cantrell, Holly Holland, and Ervin Middlebrook. Also in attendance were Superintendent Bill Tarleton and guest Joe Spoon.

The board held a work session on facilities and selected the following colors: The building color from Cloud Ceramics (brick manufacturer) to be iron spot with the accent color Coronado grey. Metal trim from VP Buildings (metal manufacturer) to be cool colonial red with metal panels cool sierra tan. A motion was made by Brett Cantrell, seconded by Ervin Middlebrook, that the above colors be chosen pending a panel display to be at a future meeting. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
