Mrs. Farris

Welcome,
 
My name is Emily Farris, and I will be teaching Junior High English Language Arts and Reading. I'm thrilled for the opportunity to return to Abbott ISD to share my love of learning with the students. I first attended Clarendon College on a volleyball scholarship and then completed my bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University in Commerce. My husband and I have two beautiful boys and enjoy being outside and spending time together. I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year. Go Panthers! 
 
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or concerns. I will be using Remind in all classes for important reminders regarding tests and projects. 
 
I am available for tutorials Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30 am - 7:55 am and during break. Tutorials outside of the times listed can be set up with Mrs. Farris, as needed and planned.
