Maintenance Director/Bus Driver

Abbott ISD is looking for a Maintenance Director and bus driver.
Qualifications: A person that communicates effectively and can work independently. Responsible for on-site leadership of maintenance and repair services for district. General knowledge of crafts used in building repairs such as, carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing. Initiate contract repair when work cannot be performed by district staff and monitor and inspect contracted work. Inspect all district buildings and facilities and initiate repairs as needed. Work with district administration to schedule and complete work orders. Drive a bus daily following assigned routes and on assigned field trips.

Education: High School diploma and CDL bus license (may obtain this summer.)
