I am excited to start the 2025-26 school year! This is my 11th year as the counselor. I am looking forward to this school year and working with the students in many aspects.
I grew up in West Texas in the small community of Klondike. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2000 and started working in Abbott as a teacher and a coach. I am starting my 26th year in education which is also my 26th year at Abbott. My husband, Eric, is starting his 8th year as the Superintendent of Abbott School. My two children, Brayden and Kadence, are excited to start a new school year. Brayden is attending University of North Texas and Kadence is a senior at Abbott.
