Welcome ~ I am Debbie Little. I graduated from Western Carolina University and this is my 28th year to be a part of the education world. I enjoy teaching Business and Technology classes within Career and Technical Education (CTE). This year's classes include Technology Applications (7th grade) and Exploring Careers (8th grade). The high school students will be able to choose from Money Matters; BIM - Business Information Management; DIM - Digital & Interactive Media; Accounting I and Accounting II.
My conference period for the 2018-2019 school year is from 11:40 - 12:25.
Students are welcome to come in for extra help or to catch up on their assignment(s) either before school, during Break, or after school. Test/Quiz will be posted on the class website so be sure to +Subscribe for class notifications of each test/quiz. Students needing to retake a test/quiz for up to a grade of 70 are encouraged to come in during lunch on the assigned date (which must be within two (2) days of being notified of the failing test/quiz).
I enjoy working at Abbott School. When I am not teaching or coordinating Abbott's CTE department, I am pursuing grant writing opportunities for the district. It is truly rewarding to be a part of a supportive school and a great community.
